Scholarships at Arkansas Tech University

The University Honors Scholarship is available to students entering Arkansas Tech University. You must have at least a 28 ACT score and a minimum 3.5 high school GPA to be eligible for this award. Award includes full tuition, room and board, academic fees and a $500 stipend per semester.

The Academic All-Star Scholarship is available to students transferring to Arkansas Tech University. You must be selected as an Academic All-Star by your two-year institution to be eligible for this award.

The Ann and Gill Richards Engineering Scholarship is available to engineering students at Arkansas Tech University. Applications must be made to the chair of the electrical engineering department.

The Arthur P. and Daisy W. Callaway Scholarship is available to traditional senior students majoring in secondary or middle education at Arkansas Tech University. You must be a graduate of a high school in Arkansas and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.

The Eugene and Hazel Weir Educational Trust Scholarship is available to students at Arkansas Tech University. You must be a Pope County resident to be eligible for this award.

The Junior Auxiliary of Russellville Judy Thacker Fund Scholarship is available to students at Arkansas Tech University. You must have a minimum 2.75 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to non-traditional students.

The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is available to entering transfer students at Arkansas Tech University. You must have completed 30 or more transferable credit hours with a minimum 3.5 GPA and be a member of Phi Theta Kappa to be eligible for this award.

The Pope County Farm Bureau Scholarship is available to students at Arkansas Tech University. You must be Pope County resident and the child or grandchild of members of the Pope County Farm Bureau. You must also be a sophomore or above, enrolled in the Department of Agriculture and have at least a 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this renewable award.

The Rexann Oller English/Creative Writing Scholarship is available to sophomore, junior or senior students at Arkansas Tech University. You must be majoring in English or creative writing and be in good academic standing to be eligible for this award.

The Russellville Kiwanis Club Joe Ray Scholarship is available to students entering Arkansas Tech University. You must be a graduate of a high school in Perry, Yell, Newton or Pope County and have at least a 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.

The Wilson Matthews Distinguished Scholar Athlete Award is available to students at Arkansas Tech University. You must be a student athlete with junior standing or above and have at least a 3.0 GPA. You must demonstrate achievement in academic, athletics and leadership to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students from rural areas and to football team members. Three letters of recommendation are required.
