The Athletic Scholarship is available to athletes at California Baptist University. To qualify for this award you must represent the university on one of the intercollegiate athletic teams.

The CBU Grant is available to students at California Baptist University who demonstrate merit and financial need. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.

Scholarship for undergraduate, Southern Baptist students, attending California Baptist University who are preparing for a Southern Baptist vocational Ministry. Applicant must be pursuing a vocation as a minister of education, music, children or youth, pastor, missionary, or a denominational minister through the Southern Baptist Convention and be interviewed and recommended by a faculty member of the Christian Studies Division. The Drama Scholarship is awarded to students at California Baptist University. To qualify for this award, you must participate in drama department productions and the drama ministry team or on the forensics team.

The Engineering Scholarship is available to students at California Baptist University who are majoring in engineering.

The Journalism and Speech/Debate Scholarship is available to students at California Baptist University who are majoring in journalism and speech/debating

The Minister's Kin Scholarship is awarded to students at California Baptist University. To qualify for this award, you must be the spouse or dependent of a minister engaged in full-time service within the Southern Baptist Convention as a pastor; minister of education, music, children, or youth. They may also be a chaplain or a missionary appointed by the Southern Baptist Home Mission Board or the Foreign Mission Board or a denominational employee engaged in a full-time vocational ministry.

Employee-Related awards for undergraduate students accepted to California Baptist University who are spouses or dependent children of Southern Baptist Ministers. The Southern Baptist minister (sponsor) must be in full-time service with the SBC as a pastor, minister of education, music, children or youth, chaplain or a missionary appointed by the Southern Baptist North American Mission Board or International Mission Board; or denominational employee engageed in a full-time vocational ministry. The Multi-Sibling Scholarship is available to students at California Baptist University who are concurrently enrolled full-time with at least one other family member.

The Music Scholarship is awarded to students at California Baptist University who are majoring in vocal, instrumental or piano performance.
