Scholarships at Black Hawk College

The Roger A. Perley Memorial Scholarship is available to full- and part-time students attending Black Hawk College, Quad-Cities. You must be a music major in a transfer program, completed at least 15 semester hours at Black Hawk College and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award.

The Ron and Theresa Brown Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time returning students attending Black Hawk College-East Campus. You must demonstrate academic ability, financial need and involvement in extracurricular activities to be eligible for this award.

The Sedona Group Scholarship is available to students attending Black Hawk College, Quad-Cities. You must be a computer science major to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to an employee or dependent of an employee of the Sedona Group.

The Smith Scholarship is available to full-time students attending Black Hawk College-East Campus. You must be enrolled in the arts program, have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The Theodore and Penny Vlahos Scholarshp is available to students attending Black Hawk College-East Campus. You must be a graduate from Kewanee or Wethersfield High School, be enrolled in a two-year degree program, have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The Thomas Batell English/Philosophy Scholarship is available to full-time students attending Black Hawk College, Quad-Cities. You must be majoring in English or philosophy and be a transfer student to be eligible for this award.

The Todd C. Harold Johnson Memorial Scholarship is available to students attending Black Hawk College, Quad-Cities. You must be majoring in law enforcement, fire science or a paramedic related program to be eligible for this award.

The Vickie L. Anderson Scholarship is available to female students attending Black Hawk College-Quad-Cities. You must be enrolled in the nursing program, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this renewable award.

The Women's Club of East Moline Scholarship is available to students attending Black Hawk College-Quad-Cities. You must be enrolled in a health-related major and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
