Scholarships at University of Louisville

Scholarship for Kentucky residents who are undergraduate students planning to attend the University of Louisville, the University of Kentucky, Berea College, Centre College or the Louisville Visual Art Association in Kentucky. Students must be at least 14 years of age, have artistic talent, and financial need. Preference given to students using modern mediums. Number of awards may vary. An essay and slides of artwork must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.

Scholarship for Kentucky residents or Kentucky high school graduates enrolled at the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Western Kentucky University majoring in Civil Engineering or a pre-egineering student at a Kentucky Community and Technical College or Kentucky State University. Selection based on academic achievement and career goals. Recipients must work for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for one year for each year of funding received. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.

Scholarship for Jefferson County, Kentucky residents who are graduating high school seniors from Dupont Manual High School planning to attend the University of Louisville. Students must have a minimum 2.75 CGPA, financial need, and participate in community service. Number of awards may vary. Renewable. Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled at Bellarmine University or the University of Louisville majoring in Accounting. Number of awards or award amount may vary. Contact the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants or the Foundation for more information and/or application.

Scholarship for second-year law students or higher enrolled at Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Students must have financial need, a minimum 3.0 CGPA in all courses pertaining to labor and employment law, and have completed at least one year of full-time coursework or its equivalent. Preference given to students who demonstrate an intention to pursue a career in labor and employment law or who despite a physical disability (loss of vision, hearing or mobility impairment, etc.), are pursuing a career in law. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay and a copy of the SAR must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.

Scholarship for female Kentucky residents who are undergraduate students (freshmen ineligible) attending full-time at Eastern Kentucky University, Kentucky State University, Morehead State University, Murray State University, Northern Kentucky University, University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, or Western Kentucky University majoring in an environmentally related program; Agriculture, Biology, Horticulture, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, etc.. Students must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA, demonstrate financial need, and demonstrate a commitment to the environment. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.

Scholarship for Pony Club active members who are undergraduate students enrolled at University of Louisville. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and earned a C-3 rating or higher.
