The Shelia Herring Chumley Scholarship is available to accounting students in the College of Business Administration at Louisiana State University, Shreveport. You must have at least a 2.75 GPA as a full-time student to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to single parents who demonstrate financial need.

Student must research an approved topic on Shreveport downtown neighborhoods and prepare a conference quality project on said topic. Should be prepared to present project to the Shreveport Historical Preservation Society.
