Scholarships at Anne Arundel Community College

The Andrew G. Truxal Memorial Endowed Scholarship is open to students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a full-time education major, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be a graduate of an Anne Arundel County (MD) high school and provide evidence of service to that school.

The Anne Arundel Women's Senior Soccer Classic Scholarship is open to full-time students at Anne Arundel Community College who participate on the women's soccer team.

The Bay Side Lodge 232 Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons Scholarship is open to students enrolled at least part time at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a U.S. citizen and be a resident of southern Anne Arundel County (MD). You must also demonstrate financial need.

The BPA Faculty Transfer Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors entering the business and public administration (BPA) transfer program at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must submit an essay, your recent high school transcript with a minimum 3.0 GPA and two recommendations.

The Crosby Marketing Scholars Program is available to students at AACC who have completed at least 9 credits in the areas of marketing, public relations, creative writing, graphic design, video or web design/development, or transfer studies. You must be a U.S. citizen, reside in Maryland, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. This scholarship funds two years of study and offers a paid internship opportunity as well.

The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International Scholarship is open to education students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a resident of Anne Arundel County (MD) and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. You must also demonstrate financial need.

The Edwin J. Lasner Memorial Endowed Scholarship is open to students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be enrolled in at least six credits, be a paralegal major, be a U.S. citizen and be a resident of Anne Arundel County (MD). Additionally, you must demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to students who have completed twelve credits of paralegal studies core courses.

The Hilda Cohen Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Anne Arundel Community College. You must be a resident of Anne Arundel County and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students who have not attended high school or college in the past 20 years.

The Jane I. Schwarz Scholarship is open to students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a full-time fine arts or visual arts major, be a U.S. citizen, be a resident of Anne Arundel County (MD) and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. You must also submit a portfolio of 8-12 pieces and demonstrate financial need.

The Mary Waters McGoury Memorial Scholarship is open to students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a full-time education major and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must also demonstrate financial need.

The Nationwide Insurance Company Scholarship is open to students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a full-time business management or business and public administration major and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. You must also demonstrate financial need.

The P. Truluck-Brown and Louis Aymard Jr. Scholarship is open to students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a part-time, first-term student with demonstrated financial need. You must also be enrolled for a minimum of three credits. Preference for this award is given to parents with dependent children, students who have been out of high school for a minimum of seven years, U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and Anne Arundel County residents.

The Samuel J. Katcef Memorial Scholarship is open to first-year students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be a full-time business and public administration major, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be a U.S. citizen and be a resident of Anne Arundel County (MD). You must also demonstrate financial need.

The Softball Scholarship is open to full-time students at Anne Arundel Community College who participate on the women's softball team.

The William F. Englehardt Memorial Scholarship is open to students at Anne Arundel Community College. To be considered for this award, you must be enrolled in at least nine credits, be enrolled in any career or technical program and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must also be a U.S. citizen and resident of Anne Arundel County (MD).
