The Viking Completion Grant program at Salem State University provides microgrants to seniors with high academic merit who are at risk of dropping out due to financial need. It combines financial support of up to $6,500 with ongoing coaching to help awardees successfully complete their degree on time. The program was established by Kim Gassett-Schiller '83, '18H, and Philip Schiller.
