Scholarships at University of St Thomas

The Freshman Academic Scholarships is available to prospective freshmen students are automatically considered for these funds upon admission at University of St. Thomas. You must be in good academic achievement and contributions made to one's school and community to be eligible for this award.

The Frey Opportunity Grant is available to first generation and underrepresented students at University of St. Thomas. You must demonstrate significant financial need (as determined by the FAFSA) to be eligible for this award.

The Music Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at the University of Saint Thomas. You must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and plan to major in music on the basis of music performance and high school academic achievement to be eligible for this award. Private lesson fee waivers may also be available to freshmen non-music majors who participate in one of the larger ensembles.

The National Merit Finalist Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at the University of Saint Thomas. You must be a National Merit Finalist and declare the university as your first-choice institution to be eligible for this award.

The National Merit Finalists Scholarship is availalbe to students who declare St. Thomas as their first-choice institution with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

The Schulze Innovation Scholarship Program is available to incoming freshman students at the University of St. Thomas-Opus College of Business. You must intend to major in entrepreneurship and have a minimum GPA of 3.5 to be eligible for this award. Additionally, you must demonstrate entrepreneurial creativity and inventiveness, as described in application through an example of entrepreneurial venture/initiative.

The Transfer College Access Scholarship is available to transfer students entering full-time day at University of St. Thomas. You must mantain a minimum GPA of 2.0 and have fewer than 176 total credits (total transfer plus all attempted St. Thomas credits) to be eligible this award.

The Transfer Scholarship is available to transfer students who have demonstrated academic success at the post-secondary level at University of St. Thomas. You must be consecutively enrolled as a full-time student at St. Thomas, minimum GPA of 2.0, and have fewer than 176 total credits to be eligible for this award.
