Scholarships at Fordham University

The Fordham Dean's Scholarship is available to entering freshmen students at Fordham University. You must be in the top six to eight percent of the applicant pool to be eligible for this award.

The Fordham Metro Grant is open to entering freshmen students at Fordham University who will be commuting from a permanent New York City-area residence.

The Joseph T.P. Sullivan Scholarship is open to students at Fordham Law School. Preference is given to students of Irish descent.

The Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti Environmental Law Award is open to students at Fordham Law School. You must be a second-year full-time student studying environmental law to qualify for this award.

The Iago Galdston Memorial Scholarship Fund is open to full-time or part-time students at Fordham University. You must demonstrate financial need, academic merit and is majoring in philosophy, pre-medicine or another health related profession to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to a student of Russian/Jewish descent.

The Mary Gibbons Holl Scholarship Fund is available to hearing impaired, undergraduate students at Fordham University. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award. In the event that there is not a student with a hearing impairment in attendance, a student from the Bronx with the highest grade point average and greatest financial need will be selected.

The Rev. Thomas Bermingham, S.J., Scholarship is open to students at Fordham University. You must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award. Preference given to a minority student.

The Rev. William Boyle, S.J. Scholarship is available to incoming freshman at Fordham University. You must demonstrate academic merit, graduating in the top 25% of your high school class and is involved in student goverment or athletics to be eligible. Preference for this award is given to graduates of Trinity High School in Camp Hill, PA.

The Richard R. Hayes, CBA '51 Endowed is open to students at Fordham University. You must demonstrate financial need, academic merit and minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award. Preference for this award is given to student who have a parent who has served in the military.

The Thomas McQuade Family Endowed Scholarship is available to physically handicapped students at Fordham University. You must demonstrate financial need, academic acheivement and minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to Boy Scouts of America.
