Scholarships at Capital University

The Alumni Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Capital University. You must be the relative of a Capital graduate to be eligible for this renewable award.

The Discover Capital Grant is available to entering freshmen and transfer students at Capital University. You must be a resident of a state other than Ohio to be eligible for this award.

The Lutheran Heritage Grant is available to entering freshmen and transfer students at Capital University. You must be a member of a Lutheran congregation and demonstrate leadership within your school and congregation to be eligible for this renewable award.

The Music Grant is available to students at Capital University. You must be a full-time Conservatory student and your selection is based on exceptional performance with the primary instrument or on the basis of needed instruments/vocal areas within the Conservatory to be eligible for this award.

The Honors Music Scholarship is available to students at Capital University. You must be a full-time Conservatory student and demonstrate an outstanding academic record and music performance with the primary instrument to be eligible for this award.

The Presidential Scholarship is available to entering freshmen and transfer students at Capital University. Selection is based on your high school record and ACT / SAT scores. Transfer students are selected based on collegiate academic performance.

The Rev. Rufus Tarrant Grant is available to entering minority students at Capital University.

The Robert Weiler Company Scholarship is available to incoming African - American students at Capital University Law School. You must demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The Sibling Discount Award is available to students at Capital University. You must have a brother or sister enrolled at Capital University to be eligible for this award.
