Scholarship for GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS planning to attend FRANKLIN UNIVERSITY full-time in the fall of their graduation year. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. In addition to application, students must submit an essay, one letter of recommendation, and the completed Guidance Counselor Certification Form. Awards are non-renewable.
