Scholarships at Pennsylvania State University-Main Campus

The Robert J. Prindle and Doris P. Prindle Memorial Scholarship is open to students majoring in the arts at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The Robert L. Hite Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen students attending Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must be a graduate of Altoona High School and demonstrate academic achievement, leadership ability and good citizenship to be considered for this award.

The Robert W. St. Clair Scholarship is open to students attending Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must be a graduate of a Blair County high school and demonstrate high academic achievement, leadership ability and good citizenship to be considered for this award.

The Stephen G. Sheetz Endowed Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate students majoring in business at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must demonstrate a superior academic record and manifest promise of academic success to be eligible for this award.

The Ted and Ester Holtzinger Memorial Scholarship is open to students attending Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must be enrolled on a part-time or less than part-time basis to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students who have not previously received a Ted and Ester Holzinger Scholarship or a Harry E. Scholarship, and who have not recently attended high school or college.

The Ted and Esther Holtzinger Memorial Endowed Scholarship is open to students at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must have been out of high school for at least four years to be eligible for this award.

The Virginia L. Gates Endowed Scholarship is open to full-time juniors and seniors at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must have a superior academic record and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The Willa C. Taylor Scholarship is available to students at the Penn State School of Music. You must be majoring in voice or music education and demonstrate outstanding music ability and positive academic records to qualify for this award.

The Willard g. Rouse, III Trustee Scholarship is available to students at the Penn State School of Music. You must be majoring in music to qualify for this award.

The William Forest Chamber Music Scholarship is available to students at the Penn State School of Music. You must be engaged in the performance of chamber music to qualify for this award.

The William H. & M. Jean Coleman Endowed Scholarship is open to full-time sophomores majoring in the agriculture at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona. You must have a minimum 3.2 GPA to be eligible for this award.

The William J. and Lois Kesterson Leight Memorial Scholarship is available to students at the Penn State School of Music. You must be majoring in music to qualify for this award.
