Technical Scholars is a two- to three-year program that enables qualified students to earn an associate degree from Aiken Technical College while working for local sponsoring industries. Students attend class full-time and work 15-20 hours per week with a sponsoring company, which pays for tuition and books after financial aid is applied. Participants are paid up to $20 per hour (minimum $14) and may receive incentive raises based on performance.
