College Bound Commitment Scholarship

College Bound is a Washington State program that provides eligible low-income students with an early commitment of financial aid for college. Through the Washington College Grant, qualifying students who fulfill program requirements receive free public college tuition or an equivalent amount for an approved private college or career school.
