Scholarships at Tacoma Community College

The Allenmore Medical Foundation Scholarship for Sonography is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must be enrolled in the TCC sonography program and eligible for Washington state residency. You must also have at least a 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The Boeing Company Information Technology Scholarship is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must be enrolled in the information technology program and have at least a 3.0 GPA and complete at least 12 credits per quarter. You must also be at least 17 years old and a U.S. citizen, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The CASA-TRIO Assistance Scholarship is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must be a first generation, low income or disabled student and have dependent children to be eligible for this award.

The Corrine Kostecka International Community Service Scholarship is available to international students at Tacoma Community College. You must have at least a 2.5 GPA and have completed at least 50 hours of community service between April 1, 2005 and April 1, 2006 to be eligible for this award.

The Costco Wholesale Nursing Scholarship is available to minority nursing students at Tacoma Community College.

The Elizabeth K. Ohman Memorial Journalism Endowment is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must be enrolled in the journalism program and complete at least 10 credits per quarter with a minimum GPA of 3.0. You must also be eligible for Washington state residency to qualify for this award.

The Korean Endowment is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must be of Korean descent, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be from Pierce County to be eligible for this award.

The Mario Young Paralegal Scholarship is available to students in the law and justice program at Tacoma Community College. You must be enrolled in paralegal course and have at least a 3.0 GPA with a minimum of 12 credits completed per quarter. Preference will be given to candidates with community service backgrounds.

The McCarthy Humanities Endowment is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must be enrolled in the Humanities program, and have completed at least 15 credits in English, history or another humanities subject. You must also be enrolled for at least 10 credits per quarter and have at least a 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.

The Tim and Peggy Lunceford Scholarship is available to music and humanities students at Tacoma Community College. You must be a first-generation college student and have at least a 2.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.

The Urban Indian College Foundation Scholarship is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must have an Urban Indian Tribal Affiliation Registration card and must provide a photocopy with your application. You must also demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

The Veterans Academic Progress Scholarship is available to students at Tacoma Community College. You must be a veteran and have at least a 2.5 GPA while completing a minimum of 10 credits per quarter to be eligible for this award.
